🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Opened cosmetics or hygiene products

• Digital service subscriptions (e.g., design tools, cloud plans)

• Perishable food items (unless defective or wrong item received)

3. Pickup or Drop-off: We’ll arrange a reverse pickup or request you to ship the product.

4. Refund Mode: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Timeline: Allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after product inspection.
